一、课程服务

  1. 我们的所有课程均在 Ashfield 工作室线下面对面授课，不提供网课。

  2. 课程预约、排课及缴费均通过客服微信进行。

  3. 未满 18 岁的学生，须由家长或监护人代为报名，并同意本条款。

  4. 报名时，学生（未成年学生由家长或监护人）须填写并签署《报名及家长同意书》。

二、学费、请假与退款

请参阅本网站的《退款与请假政策》。

三、上课须知

  1. 请准时到达。因学生迟到而缩短的上课时间不予补足。

  2. 请爱护工作室的乐器和设备。如人为损坏，我们可能要求照价赔偿。

  3. 我们仅在约定的上课时间内照看未成年学生。课前课后（包括在工作室外等候及往返途中）的看护和接送由家长或监护人负责。如家长未能按时接送，我们会尽力联系家长，但不承担课外时间的看护责任。

  4. 学生须遵守老师的安全指示，正确使用乐器和设备（包括打鼓课时佩戴我们提供的护耳用品）。

  5. 如学生有任何健康状况、过敏、受伤或其他需要我们注意的情况，请在报名时告知，并在情况变化时及时更新。

  6. 如发生意外或受伤，我们会进行必要的急救，并尽快联系家长或紧急联系人；必要时我们可能呼叫救护车。

四、照片与视频

我们可能在课堂或演出中拍摄照片和视频，用于网站及社交媒体宣传。对于未满 18 岁的学生，我们只会在家长或监护人于《报名及家长同意书》中明确同意后才使用其照片或视频，且不会公开孩子的全名。您可随时通过微信或邮件撤回同意，我们会在合理时间内删除相关内容。

五、知识产权

本网站上的文字、图片、视频及标志归 DeGroove Music Studio 所有，未经许可不得复制或商用。

六、免责声明与责任

  1. 网站信息：我们会尽力确保网站信息准确，但课程安排等信息可能调整，请以客服微信确认的为准。

  2. 人身安全：我们会以应有的谨慎和技能提供课程，并采取合理措施保障学生安全。学习乐器（尤其是架子鼓）存在一定的固有风险，如肌肉劳损、轻微碰撞及噪音影响。

  4. 本条款不排除、限制或修改您依据《澳大利亚消费者法》或其他法律享有且不能排除的任何权利或保证。

八、适用法律

本条款适用澳大利亚新南威尔士州法律。

九、儿童安全

我们致力于为儿童和青少年提供安全的学习环境。我们所有的老师和员工均持有有效的 NSW 儿童工作许可（Working With Children Check），并遵守我们的儿童安全行为规范。如您对任何儿童的安全有疑虑，请通过微信或邮件 info@degroovemusic.com 联系我们，我们会认真、保密地处理。

This website and our lessons are operated by De Groove Music Studio Pty Limited (ABN 41 681 381 260) trading as "DeGroove Music Studio" ("we", "us"), Suite 3, 251 Liverpool Road, Ashfield NSW 2131, email: info@degroovemusic.com. By using this website or enrolling in our lessons, you agree to these terms.

1. Lessons

  1. All our lessons are taught in person at our Ashfield studio. We do not offer online lessons.

  2. Lesson bookings, scheduling and payments are all arranged through our customer service on WeChat.

  3. Students under 18 must be enrolled by a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on their behalf.

  4. On enrolment, the student (or, for students under 18, a parent or guardian) must complete and sign our Enrolment and Parental Consent Form.

2. Fees, absences and refunds

Please see our Refund & Absence Policy on this website.

3. Lesson rules

  1. Please arrive on time. Lesson time lost due to a student arriving late will not be made up.

  2. Please take care of the studio's instruments and equipment. We may ask you to pay for any damage caused.

  3. We supervise students under 18 only during their scheduled lesson time. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervision and transport before and after lessons (including while waiting outside the studio and travelling to and from it). If a child is not collected on time we will make reasonable efforts to contact the parent, but we are not responsible for supervision outside lesson time.

  4. Students must follow their teacher's safety instructions and use instruments and equipment properly (including wearing the hearing protection we provide during drum lessons).

  5. Please tell us on enrolment about any health condition, allergy, injury or other matter we should be aware of, and update us if it changes.

  6. If an accident or injury occurs, we will provide appropriate first aid and contact the parent or emergency contact as soon as possible. If necessary, we may call an ambulance.

4. Photos and videos

We may take photos and videos during lessons or performances for use on our website and social media. For students under 18, we will only use their images if a parent or guardian has expressly consented in the Enrolment and Parental Consent Form, and we will not publish a child's full name. You may withdraw consent at any time by WeChat or email, and we will remove the content within a reasonable time.

5. Intellectual property

The text, images, videos and logos on this website belong to DeGroove Music Studio and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

6. Disclaimer and liability

  1. Website information: we try to keep information on this website accurate, but lesson arrangements may change; please confirm details with us via WeChat.

  2. Safety: we provide our lessons with due care and skill and take reasonable steps to keep students safe. Learning an instrument (particularly drums) involves some inherent risks, such as muscle strain, minor knocks and noise exposure.

  3. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or injury caused by a student not following their teacher's safety instructions, by health information not being disclosed to us, or occurring outside scheduled lesson time.

  4. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any updates will be published on this page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

9. Child safety

We are committed to providing a safe environment for children and young people. All our teachers and staff hold a current NSW Working With Children Check and follow our child safe code of conduct. If you have any concern about a child's safety, please contact us by WeChat or email info@degroovemusic.com; we will treat it seriously and confidentially.

10. Language

These terms are available in Chinese and English. If there is any inconsistency, the English version prevails.
